Chumeng Xu is a Partner at JunHe based in the firm's Beijing office, specializing in trademark, copyright and broader IP dispute work. She joined JunHe in 2013 after serving from 1997–2013 at CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office (where she was deputy director of the Trademark Division) and has extensive experience in IP litigation, prosecution and enforcement, including handling well-known mark recognition and high-profile appeal/invalidation matters for clients across multiple sectors.
