Partner at JunHe (joined 2019) with a legal career beginning in 1995. He specializes in corporate securities, mergers and reorganizations, bankruptcy liquidation, tax planning and equity disputes, has advised on restructurings, domestic and overseas IPOs, refinancing, fund establishment and bond offerings, and has represented clients in more than 100 equity disputes and major litigations; prior to JunHe he practiced and was a partner at AllBright Law Offices and Dentons LLP.
