She represents clients before Chinese courts (including the Supreme People's Court, provincial/municipal High People's Courts and financial courts) and in arbitration (CIETAC, SHIAC, ICC, HKIAC), and advises on disputes and compliance matters across banking, insurance, trade, logistics, real estate, manufacturing, retail and e-commerce.
