Fangzhou Zhang is a JunHe lawyer based in China who advises domestic and international clients on life sciences and healthcare transactions and compliance, handling transaction structuring, legal due diligence, document drafting and negotiation, and closing and post-closing matters. He has been recognised as a "Recommended Lawyer" by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, and worked on the Temasek-led Series C financing of Abogen (selected by China Business Law Journal as a Deal of the Year).
