Partner at JunHe based in Shanghai, Zhongmin (Jommy) Zhang joined the firm in 2001 and advises on corporate law and M&A, outbound investment, and private equity/venture capital. He has extensive experience on cross-border M&A and outbound investments, has represented listed companies and PE funds, and was seconded to ITOCHU Corporation in Tokyo (2006–2007).
