Fei Zheng

Fei Zheng is a Partner at JunHe in China who advises on real estate, construction and corporate/M&A matters, representing multinational companies, private equity funds and state-owned enterprises on property transactions, construction projects and retail network development. She previously served as a government official at the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Administration, where she handled foreign investment project approvals and technology importation.
