Partner at JunHe based in China who advises on investment, financing, M&A, antitrust, international trade, dissolution and liquidation of joint ventures, regulatory compliance and related dispute matters. He joined JunHe in 2000 and previously worked for more than ten years at the Chinese Consulate General in Osaka, at Japanese law firms and in the legal departments of major Japanese companies.
