Partner at JunHe based in China, specialising in securities financing, capital markets, M&A, corporate transactions, private equity/venture capital and intellectual property. She joined JunHe in 2002 and became a partner in January 2005; she holds an LL.B. from Peking University (1994) and is a member of the All-China Bar Association.
