Partner at JunHe with about 30 years' experience in litigation and arbitration in China, representing multinational clients in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, compliance investigations, white‑collar crime and FCPA-related matters. He has developed litigation methods and doctrinal positions (including in online-game copyright and PRC company‑law matters) that have been adopted by Chinese courts, and earlier served as an assistant professor teaching intellectual property law.
