Chang Hoon Baek

نبذة

Chang Hoon Baek is an attorney at Kim & Chang who practices corporate and M&A litigation, criminal defense, insolvency and restructuring, trade secret and banking/finance litigation. He served 17 years as a judge at various District and High Courts and as a professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court and is the author of The Corporate Restructuring Law.
