Dae-Hyuk Choi is an attorney at Kim & Chang who specializes in Energy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Foreign Direct Investment, with extensive experience on new and renewable energy projects and high-profile transactions for domestic and foreign clients. He serves on the Ministry of Economy and Finance’s Advisory Committee on Preliminary Feasibility Studies for Public Institutions, was appointed a policy expert by the Korea Development Institute, and previously was a partner at Shin & Kim LLC.
