Dong Shik Choi

Dong Shik Choi is an attorney at Kim & Chang who chairs the firm's Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice and regularly advises on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, foreign direct investment and related cross-border matters. He has over 30 years' experience in telecommunications, broadcasting, IT, entertainment and franchising, has served as outside legal advisor to the Korea Communications Commission and the Ministry of Science and ICT, and previously served as a judge advocate in the Republic of Korea Army.
