He has extensive experience with the technology and game industries and with clients in the tobacco, chemical and retail distribution sectors, and specializes in compliance with Korean privacy laws, data-breach proceedings and privacy issues in artificial intelligence, as well as KFTC investigations, global merger filings and complex competition litigation involving technology and data issues.
