Senior Trademark Attorney at Kim & Chang and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property, Trademark, Copyright and Design practices, with over 30 years’ experience managing trademark portfolios and enforcing clients’ IP rights in Korea. Active in national and international IP organizations and government committees, including work on geographical indications, anti-counterfeiting and amendments to trademark and design legislation.
