Senior Attorney at Kim & Chang and a member of the Energy and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. He has extensive experience advising on M&A, joint ventures, private equity and foreign direct investment transactions, and represents sponsors in domestic and overseas energy project developments while working closely with investment banks, PEFs and corporations on M&A, restructuring and financing matters.
