Hi Sun Yoon is an attorney at Kim & Chang who specialises in banking and finance, including acquisition, project, ship and structured financing, as well as insolvency, real estate and capital markets. He represents major banks, investment banks, private equity funds, export credit agencies and other financial institutions in domestic and cross-border transactions; he is admitted in Korea (1989) and New York (1997) and holds LL.M. degrees from Seoul National University and the University of Pennsylvania.
