Partner at Yoon & Yang LLC in South Korea, focusing on corporate governance, compliance, management rights disputes and M&A. Admitted in Korea (2001) and New York (2010), he holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School (2007) and has been with Yoon & Yang since 2003; he also serves on the Ministry of Justice's Legal Advisory Group for Outbound SMEs and lectures on corporate law for the Korean Bar Association.
