Partner at Yoon & Yang LLC since 2008, advising on M&A, foreign investment, corporate governance, investment funds, acquisition financing, compliance, insolvency/corporate rehabilitation and management rights disputes. Former judge advocate (2005–08) and admitted to the Korean bar in 2008; holds an LL.M. from the University of Washington and completed LL.D. coursework at the University of Seoul.
