Partner at ABNR Counsellors at Law in Indonesia, leading the firm's labour and employment practice advising domestic and multinational clients on employment contracts, expatriate employment, use of agency/contract labour, terminations, employee benefits, and regulatory and compliance matters. He regularly represents employers in negotiations with employees and labour unions and in contentious matters at mediation, before the Industrial Relations Court and on appeal to the Supreme Court; he contributes to ABNR’s report for The Littler Mendelson Guide and is recommended by Legal 500 Asia Pacific and was named among Indonesia’s top-100 lawyers by Vantage Asia/Asia Business Law Journal.
