Hirofumi Hosoda is a Partner at Atsumi & Sakai in Japan advising on insurance, banking & finance, financial services regulatory matters, and litigation and arbitration. He previously worked at IBM Japan (2001–2004) and was seconded to the Insurance System Planning Office of the Financial Services Agency (2011–2014 and 2016–2017); he holds an LL.B. from The University of Tokyo (1999) and a J.D. from Osaka University (2007).
