Partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in South Korea, focusing on mergers & acquisitions, energy and natural resources, and construction. He previously served as a Public Service Advocate (April 2006–March 2009) and holds an LL.B. from Seoul National University, an LL.M. and CBA from Northwestern University, and completed Ph.D. coursework at Seoul National University Graduate School of Law.
