Heesug Chung is Senior Foreign Attorney (New York) at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in South Korea, working in the Capital Markets and Banking & Finance department. Chung holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center and an LL.B. from Korea University and previously worked at Clifford Chance in Hong Kong, the Committee for Human Rights in North Korea, and served in the Korean Air Force Operations Command.
