Partner at Commerce & Finance Law Offices since July 2008, Mr. Cui focuses on contentious matters including equity investment, commercial real estate, international trade and transport, intellectual property, competition and asset-management disputes. He has represented financial institutions, multinational corporations and Chinese SOEs in over 400 proceedings before Chinese courts and arbitral tribunals including CIETAC, BAC/BIAC, SHIAC and HKIAC.
