Partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng in China. He graduated from Peking University School of Law in 1986 (Bachelor of Law), worked as in-house counsel for China Harbor Engineering Company from 1986 to 1993 and joined Jingtian & Gongcheng as a partner in 1993; he obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in 1989 and is particularly experienced in infrastructure, project financing, real estate, mergers & acquisitions and restructuring.
