Partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng with an LL.B. from Peking University (1995); joined the firm in 2000 and became partner in 2004. He advises on onshore and offshore securities offerings, funds and private equity, M&A, enterprise reform and restructuring, FDI and has acted as special counsel on major public projects including work for the Beijing Development and Reform Commission related to the 2008 Olympics.
