Daehoon Koo is a Partner in Lee & Ko's Corporate and M&A Practice Group in South Korea. Admitted to the Korean bar in 2006, he holds an LL.M. from USC Gould (2014), served as a Judge Advocate Officer in the Korean Navy (2006–2009), and was a visiting lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell (2014–2015).
