Linlin Cao is Counsel in Fangda Partners' Tax department in China, specialising in PRC tax advisory and planning for domestic and cross-border transactions. She advises on application of tax treaties and domestic tax incentives, tax dispute resolution and tax due diligence; she joined Fangda in 2021 and previously worked as a senior associate at a Chinese law firm and in the Amsterdam office of an international accounting firm and the Hong Kong office of a European law firm on international and PRC tax matters.
