Partner in the Investment Funds department at Fangda Partners in China. Previously an associate in the New York office of a Wall Street law firm, she holds a J.D. from Northwestern University, an LL.M. from Tsinghua University and an LL.B. from Peking University, and speaks Chinese and English.
