Helen Fan is a Partner at Fangda Partners in China who specializes in private equity and venture capital, M&A, corporate finance and cross-border (foreign direct and outbound) investment, with extensive experience in TMT, healthcare, consumer and retail, and renewable energy. Before joining Fangda, she was in-house counsel at Shanghai Electric Group and worked in the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
