Amber Wang is Counsel at Fangda Partners in Shanghai, specializing in real estate, M&A, construction, project joint development, commercial leasing, property management and general corporate matters. She joined Fangda’s Shanghai office as an associate in 2018, previously worked at JunHe LLP’s Shanghai office, is admitted to practice in the PRC, and holds an LL.B. from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics (2014) and an LL.M. from Emory University (2015).
