Partner at Fangda Partners in China specialising in M&A and financial regulation, advising on complex transactions, foundation-related matters and representation of multinational financial institutions. She joined Fangda as a partner in 2018, previously served as counsel at a Magic Circle firm and as a partner at a Chinese firm jointly operating with that firm, sits on the Securities Research Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, and was recognised as a “Next Generation Partner” in corporate/M&A by The Legal 500.
