Senior Consultant at Fangda Partners in Hong Kong and head of the firm's Hong Kong antitrust practice, Andrew Skudder is a competition litigation and dispute resolution specialist who handles commercial and antitrust litigation and coordinates multi-jurisdictional investigations. He has been appointed a Non‑Governmental Advisor to the Hong Kong Competition Commission, previously worked in the competition litigation department of a Magic Circle firm (London, Washington D.C. and Hong Kong), lectured on competition law at the University of Leiden, and is Associate Professor of Law at Middlesex University, Mauritius.
