Mr. Yang is a senior partner at Kangda Law Firm with more than 20 years of relevant work experience in Japan and 15 years of experience as a lawyer. He advises multinational clients such as Toyota Motor Corporation, Hitachi, Yazaki, Omron and Japan Property & Casualty Insurance on foreign investment, international trade, dispute resolution, compliance (anti-monopoly and anti-corruption), product liability and labor matters, and can proficiently use Japanese as a working language.
