Shirley Hor is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution, Construction, Infrastructure & Energy practice at Raja, Darryl & Loh in Malaysia, specialising in civil and commercial dispute resolution with a focus on construction-related disputes, advisory work and project documentation. She also develops construction dispute management services (including industrial incident and health, safety and environmental issues), has extensive arbitration involvement, served as Deputy President of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (2019–2021) and is recognised in Chambers Asia Pacific, The Legal 500 and asialaw.
