Priyanka Prabhakaran is a Partner at Raja, Darryl & Loh in Malaysia, practising in the Corporate & Commercial group with a focus on FinTech, banking & finance, real estate and regulatory/compliance matters. She advises financial institutions, registered market operators, payment service providers, merchant acquirers and clients in the oil & gas and tourism sectors; she was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2017 and to the Peninsular Malaysian Bar in March 2019.
