Zack Tan is a partner at Raja, Darryl & Loh based in Malaysia who advises on construction, infrastructure and energy projects and acts in related disputes, including arbitration and statutory adjudication. He has worked on major mass transit and rail projects for government-owned infrastructure entities and was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Middle Temple) in 2014 and to the Malaysian Bar in 2015; he became a partner in January 2022.
