Partner at Skrine based in Malaysia, Nimalan Devaraja is a commercial litigator who practices in civil and commercial litigation, company law and shareholders' disputes, international arbitration, restructuring and insolvency, and regulatory enforcement. He has appeared at all tiers of the Malaysian courts, has acted as counsel in disputes involving breaches of contract, officer and trustee duties, has appeared as co-counsel in AIAC and SIAC arbitrations and related court proceedings, and regularly acts for Bursa Malaysia in enforcement matters and in opposing judicial review actions.
