Advises on HR and compliance, corporate immigration, tax and employment aspects of corporate transactions; routinely handles employment disputes, workforce restructuring, disciplinary matters, internal investigations, trade union/collective bargaining issues, and ESG-related labour compliance including ethical recruitment and forced-labour indicators under ILO standards.
