Malaysian consultant and arbitrator at Skrine and former High Court and Court of Appeal judge. Called to the English Bar (Lincoln's Inn) in 1957, he has practised extensively in commercial law, has sat in around 50 domestic and international arbitrations and authored over 100 reported judgments.
