Partner in the Tilleke & Gibbins intellectual property group, with expertise in trademark, copyright, patent and trade-name legislation and in enforcement of IP rights for clients in apparel, automotive, electronics and fashion sectors. Her practice includes pre-litigation (cancellations and appeals), drafting nondisclosure agreements and warning letters, mediation and negotiation, coordinating raid and enforcement actions with investigators, the Royal Thai Police, the Department of Special Investigations and Customs, and training government authorities; she is an active member of the International Trademark Association.
