Chuyen Hong Huu Le is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial Department of Tilleke & Gibbins’ Ho Chi Minh City office, advising on labour and employment, foreign investment, corporate services, hospitality, commercial transactions and M&A, with sector expertise in healthcare (pharmaceuticals, medtech and consumer health), consumer products and aviation (including aircraft leasing/financing, interest registrations and repossession). She is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional – International (CCEP-I), regularly conducts compliance investigations, audits and training, has held in‑house secondments as chief legal counsel for the world’s largest three-sector healthcare company and as in‑house counsel for a global medical device company, and was recognised for Vietnam in Euromoney’s 2021 Rising Stars Awards Asia‑Pacific; she is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.
