Special Counsel at Ushijima & Partners based in Japan, admitted to the Japanese bar in 1996. Served as a JICA legal expert in Vietnam (2004) and was appointed professor at Nagoya University of Economics in 2020; holds an LL.M. in Law and Development from the University of London (SOAS).
