Senior Associate in Villaraza & Angangco's Intellectual Property Department with four years of experience in intellectual property law, focusing on patent prosecution and maintenance, patent litigation (including defending generic medicine manufacturers and cancelling evergreening patents), trademark prosecution and disputes, and freedom-to-operate searches for pharmaceutical clients. Prior to joining the firm in 2021 he served as a patent examiner in the Bureau of Patents' Chemical Technology Examining Division; he holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with Materials Science and Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
