Rashel Ann C. Pomoy is Senior Partner at Villaraza & Angangco (V&A Law), serving as Deputy Managing Partner and Deputy Head of the firm’s Labor and Employment Department and practising in Litigation & Dispute Resolution. She advises domestic and multinational clients on the full spectrum of employment and labour matters and represents clients in labour litigation before the NLRC and in civil courts on restrictive covenants.
