Miguel Ruiz C. Tan is a Junior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Law Department at Villaraza & Angangco (V&A Law), having joined the firm in 2024. He advises domestic and international clients on corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, contract drafting and review, and has experience in due diligence, tax, labor and employment, and estate planning and probate matters; he was part of teams that resolved a significant tax assessment and assisted on a project finance deal for a major telecommunications company.
