Partner in the IP & Technology Team of the Litigation Group at Jipyong LLC, advising and representing clients on intellectual property, information and telecommunications matters including copyright, trademark, design, trade secret and data protection disputes. He represents major media, broadcasting, telecom and entertainment companies, advises government bodies on communications and R&D matters, serves in roles such as arbitrator and integrity ombudsman, and is active in criminal defense and pro bono human-rights work.
