Partner in Jipyong LLC's IT & Technology team with more than 20 years' experience advising on intellectual property, information and telecommunications, and broadcasting and media, and notable experience representing bio/pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. He has served as a legal advisor to multiple government agencies, teaches at Chung-Ang University Law School, and holds roles including mediator on the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and membership of several public and industry committees (e.g., State Contract Dispute Mediation Committee, Content Dispute Resolution Committee, Korea Copyright Commission, Korea Anti-Doping Appeals Committee).
