Sang Jun Kim

نبذة

Managing Partner and one of the founding partners of Jipyong LLC, Sang Jun Kim focuses on corporate and M&A work, cross-border and overseas investment transactions, and antitrust and competition matters. He has advised corporate clients (including SeAh Group and Moorim Paper Group), handled transactions such as the acquisition of Inox Tech (Italy), Legend Hotel (Vietnam) and domestic M&A involving POSCO Specialty Steel, and has served as a legal advisor to the Financial Supervisory Commission and as a member of committees at the Korea Exchange.
