نبذة

Partner in the IP & Technology Team of the Litigation Group at Jipyong LLC, advising and representing clients on IP rights, product liability, general civil and criminal proceedings, and family and inheritance matters. Former judge at the Patent Court and Chief Justice of the Ulsan District Court; serves as an arbitrator on the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and publishes on patent law.
