Masahiro Nakatsukasa is Managing Partner at Chuo Sogo LPC, advising on Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance, Labour & Employment and Dispute Resolution and Litigation. He holds an LL.M from Northwestern University School of Law (2005) and an LL.B from Kyoto University (1992), is admitted in Japan (1994) and New York (2006), and has held roles including vice-president of the Osaka Bar Association (2015–2016), adjunct professor at Kyoto University Law School (2008–2012), worked at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago (2005–2006), and served as an outside director of listed companies.
